After purchasing the MUVT CARD at authorized retailers, you must register on the AMTAB website by creating a personal account by logging on to the following link:

Then it will be necessary to fill in the required fields and upload the following documents: passport photo, any required self-certifications and , in case of a minor, parent's document.

To facilitate the procedure, we recommend downloading the APPLICATION MANUAL found within the above link; you will then be able to follow all the various steps for proper and finalized registration.

Currently, no new "OVER 65" subscriptions can be activated.

Following new arrangements, we will be happy to activate the travel passes and give timely notice.

Waiting times can vary from 5 to 15 working days depending on the amount of requests received by our offices.

Should you wish to anticipate the activation time, you can carry out the procedure online or ,alternatively, send all the documentation (completed application form, ID and photocopy muvt card) to over65@amtabservizio.it.

It is good to check the junk (spam) mail box or contact user support by writing to muvt.app@amtab.it In any case, validation of documents for the release of facilities may take up to 48 working hours
E' bene controllare nella casella di posta indesiderata (spam) ; inoltre ricordiamo che la password provvisoria, fornita su richiesta dell’utente, ha una durata limitata. Se non utilizzata, sarà necessario richiederne un’altra ed utilizzarla in tempi brevi.

Una volta effettuato l'accesso con la password provvisoria, il sistema chiederà automaticamente di inserirne una nuova personale.
The MUVT CARD is non-duplicable, so it is necessary to purchase a new one and send a copy to the office in charge, enclosing personal documents. A new activation and cancellation of the previous card will be made. It will be necessary to submit a report of loss or a statement in lieu of certification in accordance with Art. 46 Presidential Decree No. 445/2000 and communicate the data of the new card.

Tutti gli utenti che si registrano online devono effettuare almeno l'acquisto di un titolo di viaggio direttamente dal sito web. Solo successivamente sarà possibile acquistare altri titoli dalle rivendite autorizzate.

Alternativamente è possibile acquistare un titolo denominato "ATTIVAZIONE" al costo di €0,00 per poter acquistare successivamente dalle rivendite autorizzate.
I titoli di viaggio agevolati per studenti, possono essere acquistati mediante l'applicazione MUVTCard, è possibile effettuare la materializzazione in app e da quel momento acquistare anche tramite app MUVT.

Dopo il rilascio dell'agevolazione attraverso l'applicazione MUVT Card è anche possibile procedere all'acquisto dell'abbonamento utilizzando l'app DropTicket, inserendo il nr. tessera MUVTCard (senza gli zeri iniziali)
Ordinary tickets and passes can be viewed and purchased on our MUVT App.
MUVTcard verification is done using special handhelds to check the regularity of the ticket. Whether the purchase is made through MUVTcard application or at the resale a receipt with the summary of the purchase is sent by email.
It is possible to carry out MUVT card activation for the purchase of ordinary tickets either via the web, through the MUVT card application or by sending the necessary documentation to muvt.card@amtab.it
Student facilities can only be activated online. Therefore, it will be necessary to register the card using the MUVTCard application and proceed to apply for the facility by attaching the required documents. Issuance of the facility by our offices may take up to 48 business hours.
No, the MUVT account must be registered in the child's name and photograph. Instead, the self-certification to be attached for the facilitation request must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian

It is possible that:
  • the time limit (30 days) for online permit renewal has been exceeded;
  • it is a first instance/activation;
  • the renewal was requested well in advance of the deadline.

The permit renewal procedure is to be done through the web platform of Amtab's website and not through the App. Below is the link through which the permit renewal operation can be carried out, along with its instruction manual:

The problem could be attributable to the banking institution or failure to enter the cardholder's personal information. Should the problem persist, please contact the office in charge by writing to: ufficiozsr@amtab.it. An alternative payment method will be evaluated and an alternative payment method will be promptly communicated.
You can renew your permit up to two weeks before it expires. A reminder email will be sent 30 days in advance.

Control by the parking auxiliaries is carried out on the license plate. It is recommended, however, to display on the dashboard the sticker sent by the authorized payment app for parking on the blue lines managed by AMTAB. It is possible, alternatively, to display any identifier (even a piece of paper written in pen) that makes it clear to the control officers that you are making a parking payment using an app.
The MUVT sticker is issued exclusively to users who renew their ZSR/ZTL permits at the subscriptions counter in Via Trevisani. Those who register their license plate in the MUVT app will be sent, in electronic format, the sticker to be printed.
Only one ZSR user can be associated with the MUVT account, so it will be necessary to log in with the account of the person concerned.
It is necessary to fill in all the required fields, paying special attention to the first field on "Cardholder." Next, the "Pay Now" button will appear at the bottom.

This error means that the idZSR, which represents the identity of the holder of the subsidized parking facility within the ZSR, has been associated with an MUVT account in the past. In this case, you need to log into the ZSR application with the correct credentials.

Mileage reimbursement is paid when the threshold of €50.00 is reached, of which the user is notified directly by the PIN BIKE app. The reimbursement is disbursed the month following the month in which the notification was received via the app.
